to 1,300 regular customers.
Josh built JPE from scratch — cleaning for other firms, knocking on doors at weekends, and quietly building his own round until he could go full-time. Today he runs two vans with a small, hand-picked team, and the same standards he set on day one still apply on every single job.

How quickly will I get a quote?+

How long will my roof stay clean?+
After a full roof clean, moss shouldn't return for roughly 2–3 years. We also offer an ongoing treatment plan for past customers to keep it looking new between deep cleans, at a fraction of the cost.
Are you insured?+
Yes — JPE Cleaning Services holds both public liability and employers' liability insurance. We're happy to provide certificates on request for commercial work.
What's included in a roof clean?+
Every roof clean includes gutters cleared and cleaned, a full building wash-down, all window frames, sills and doors cleaned, and all moss removed off-site — never left in your garden.
