Who we help, and what we specialise in
We help homeowners across South Wales get the outside of their property looking right again — roofs stripped of moss, render lifted back to its original finish, driveways brought back from green, gutters cleared before they start rotting the fascias. And we help commercial clients keep their frontage presentable without locking them into long-term contracts.
What we specialise in is the full exterior reset. Not just a roof clean, not just a driveway blast — the whole outside of the building, tackled together, so it looks like one job when we're finished. Most customers don't want to book three trades. They want to book one competent one, once.
We're owner-led. That means Joshua Evans is on your job. No subcontractors, no dispatch office, no "the boys will be round". If you spoke to us on the phone, you'll shake the same hand when we arrive.
How we work — and what we won't do
Manual, not high-pressure, on roofs
We never pressure-wash roof tiles. Manual scrape plus a proper biocide is the only method that keeps the tile surface intact and delivers a 2–3 year clean finish.
Softwash chemistry on render
Render, K-Rend and painted masonry get low-pressure biocide treatment. Pressure washing render is the fastest way to void a warranty.

Honest scope

Honda GX390 industrial pressure washer with a rotary surface cleaner for driveways and patios. Professional soft-wash biocide for roofs and render. Reach-and-pole system for windows, conservatories and roof panels. Correct roof ladders, anchors and PPE for every access job. It's not a rented-machine operation.
