These terms apply to services provided by JPE Cleaning Services (owner: Joshua Evans), operating from 29 Meadow Street, Cwmafan, Port Talbot, SA12 9EG, United Kingdom. Contact: info@jpecleaning.co.uk · 07824 115602.

Quotes are provided in writing based on the photos and information supplied. If the job as it actually stands differs materially from what we quoted for (heavier moss cover, larger area, additional access requirements), we'll flag it before starting and either agree revised pricing with you or leave the site with no cost.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A job is booked once you confirm the written quote and we've agreed a date. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another customer.

You confirm that you're authorised to have the work done at the property in question and that we can access it as agreed. We use ground protection over patios, planting and delicate surfaces before work starts. We ask that pets are kept indoors during external work.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. We accept cash or bank transfer. For regular services (e.g. the window cleaning round), payment is due per visit.

We stand behind our work. For roof cleaning specifically, we expect a 2–3 year clean finish under normal conditions. If organic regrowth is unusually severe within that window under normal circumstances, contact us and we'll come back to treat it.

This is not a legal guarantee against every possible cause. Storm damage, third-party interference, and pre-existing defects flagged before work started are not covered.

JPE Cleaning Services holds public liability insurance covering domestic and commercial exterior cleaning work. Certificates are available on request. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out except where UK law imposes a higher standard.

We sometimes use before-and-after photos of jobs to show our work on the site or on social media. If you'd rather we didn't use photos of your property, tell us before or during the job — we'll respect it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
